Case Study:
Germantown Municipal School District

In partnership with Germantown Municipal School District’s Coordinated School Health initiative, a structured 4 week mindfulness workshop series was offered as part of the district’s Biggest Winner Challenge.

The series focused on educator stress, nervous system regulation, and practical tools for sustaining clarity and emotional steadiness throughout the school year.
Sessions were delivered live online and were designed to balance personal practice with classroom application. Recordings were provided for those unable to attend live, and continued access available after the close of the series.
Educators reported increased awareness of stress patterns and practical regulation strategies they could integrate immediately into daily routines.
