Private Mindfulness and Meditation Lessons
Sessions typically last approximately 75-90 minutes, including slides, discussion, and a 10-15 minute guided meditation at the end of each session.
Each lesson will be followed by an email including a recap of tools and techniques learned, handouts, and other bonuses!
