​Tutoring With a Twist:

Academic growth meets emotional resilience

✨ Strengthen focus, confidence, and learning through mindfulness-based tutoring ✨​

In these 1:1 sessions, your child will receive personalized academic support and build emotional tools that support learning from the inside out. We’ll apply mindfulness and mindset practices in real time—whether we’re working on reading, writing, spelling, or math.

​

This is ideal for children who benefit from emotional regulation, positive self-talk, and confidence-building alongside their schoolwork.

​

Sessions may include:

  • Reading, writing, spelling, and/or math support based on classroom needs

  • Mindfulness-based strategies for focus, motivation, and emotional regulation

  • Using breathwork or calming tools before or during challenging subjects

  • Growth mindset coaching to support perseverance and confidence 

  • Personalized exercises drawn from your child’s schoolwork and life experience

  • Support with homework completion

  • Real-time application of mindfulness tools learned in 1:1 sessions
     

      💫 These sessions are for children who need academic help, but also need to feel calm, confident, and capable as they learn.
 

Duration: 45–60 minutes/session

Cadence:  Weekly sessions recommended for consistent growth

Whether your child is feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or just needs some support managing life’s ups and downs—these sessions offer a safe, compassionate space to connect, grow, and thrive.

  • What mindfulness is and why it’s a superpower

  • Breathing and body-based techniques to manage stress and anxiety

  • Self-talk, inner voice awareness, and emotional regulation

  • Self-confidence, compassion, and personal empowerment

We'll explore practices that help each family member understand themselves, and one another, with more patience, compassion, and ease.
